Robert Stein
President & Founder
Robert Stein, grounded in his Christian faith, has devoted himself to mitigating the issue of fatherlessness worldwide. Robert, himself, experienced fatherlessness growing up until his step-father came into the picture. His career has flourished in engineering, technology, and leadership, where he’s known for leading teams with calmness, composure, and rationality. Outside of work, Robert dedicates himself to mentoring, emphasizing personal growth and assisting others in achieving their goals. Alongside his professional and mentorship endeavors, Robert cherishes over 21 years of marriage and the joys of parenting four children.
In 2013, a transformative business mentoring mission trip to the Holy Land reshaped Robert’s journey. This experience offered profound insights, significantly influencing his future path. It was then that Robert felt a distinct calling, leading him through a variety of experiences, skills, and challenges that have shaped the person he is today.
This journey led to the conception of The FatherHood Initiative during his time in the Holy Land. Robert’s commitment to addressing fatherlessness aims to ensure every child receives the necessary support and guidance. This mission, pursued with humility and a service-oriented heart, remains the driving force behind his actions, as he seeks to make a significant and meaningful impact in the world, all while balancing the responsibilities of family life, business, and friendships.

Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish…
Raised in a fatherless home by an alcoholic mother, I had no hope or covering for my life. Although, everything changed when I met Jesus at 16. Not having that spiritual authority in the home I became filled with anxiety, depression, suicidal and lonely because I craved a love that the world couldn’t give me. The Holy Spirit began to speak to my curiosity and introduced me to our heavenly Father — who has never failed me. That relationship with Jesus became the foundation I needed to build my legacy and break every family curse.
As an executive leadership coach and Vice President of Fathers in Christ, I am dedicated to restoring the role of fathers and mothers in families and communities. With a deep passion for mentoring and advocating for the fatherless, I work to equip men and women with the tools and faith-driven leadership needed to step into their calling—whether biological, spiritual, or communal. My calling is to break cycles of abandonment, empower men to embrace their responsibility, and ensure every child experiences the love and guidance of a strong father figure. Through coaching, speaking, and strategic initiatives, I am committed to building a legacy of leadership, accountability, and faith-driven fatherhood.
Today, I’m married 30 years to a faithful man who knows his identity in God, a son. His priesthood of the home has changed our eternity. I learned through reading and studying the Word, my submission to my husband was the very authority Jesus died to give me to lead with my husband. We have 25 year old twin daughters, strong in their faith and secure as daughters to the Father. Supporting and building up my husband while nurturing my children in the Lord has taught me the values of a Christian home that I strongly desire to restore in every home.
