MISSION:
At Fathers In Christ, we equip and empower men to lead their families with faith, integrity, and purpose. Rooted in Joshua 24:15, our mission is to raise Christ-centered fathers who break generational cycles, build Godly legacies, and lead their homes and communities through discipleship, mentorship, and accountability.

VISION:
At Fathers In Christ, we envision a world where every child grows up with the love, leadership, and legacy of a Christ-centered father. Our vision is to eliminate fatherlessness and the devastating social, emotional, and spiritual consequences it causes—restoring God’s design for the family through intentional discipleship, generational healing, and a brotherhood of men who rise up to lead with faith, integrity, and purpose.

OUR BEGINNINGS:
In 2012 our President & Founder, Robert (Rob) Stein, went on a business mentoring mission trip to the Holy Land with 3 other like minded business men & women. During our week of sharing our business knowledge we had many amazing experiences. When Rob returned to the states, he heard the Holy Spirt guiding him to have a heart for the fatherless home. Rob spent some time thinking about the problem, and started to formulate a plan. Over the last 13 years Rob has been honing various skills that would be needed for where we are today.

WHAT'S NEXT:
At Fathers In Christ we have a big vision and have spent a good portion of the first quarter of 2025 planning. We will be having a number of events to help raise awareness, raise funds, and execute the mission. Stay tuned to see what we have planned.
